Multiple automatic discounts (such as Early Bird, multi-ticket, and special code discounts) can be combined. Only one special-promotion discount code can be applied to any registration. Multiple-ticket discount can only be applied when registering for multiple events at the same time. All discounts and gift certificates are pro-rated for half day.

All cancellations made by the customer 10 days or more after full payment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Of the remaining registration fee, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the first day of the camper's session, and 50% if it's made 20-59 days before the session. No refunds will be made less than 20 days before the first day of the camper's session, except under extenuating circumstances. All non-refundable amounts can be credited toward any future program, or issued as a gift certificate to be transferred to another child. Session changes and substitutions will be accommodated on a space-available basis without additional charges. Days missed due to illness are eligible for make-up during another session, subject to space availability. A pro-rated cash refund can be issued if make-up space is not available. Doctor’s note is required for a refund to be issued.

In the course of our programs, children make lots of project, and form strong bonds between each other that they want to capture in photos. Throughout our programs, we take snapshots, which then make it into project videos, final group pictures, and other images. We also love to use these authentic photos for promotional purposes, as they are so much more representative than purchased ad images. We respect the privacy of children attending our programs by never disclosing the names of anyone pictured in a photo.
By responding "No" on the question "Opt out of photo release?" on the registration form, you agree to grant to Children's Technology Workshop Boston and to its employees, agents and assigns the right to photograph or record on video my dependent named above and to use the images of him/her or other reproduction of his/her physical likeness for training and promotional purposes in print or digital form. This right will extend to all images captured during his/her presence in programs conducted by Children's Technology Workshop Boston. For privacy reasons, the child's identity will not be revealed without the express permission of parent/guardian in a separate release. You certify that you are a custodial parent and have the aforementioned rights to assign.
If you choose to opt out of the release by responding "Yes", please be aware that we may ask your child to stay to the side during group pictures. Please discuss this wit your child to avoid unpleasant surprises.
